I have used this business for over 20 years but yesterday I was truly disappointed. I have two small dogs groomed and when my husband brought them home, I couldn't tell what they had done.

I took Katie and Nicky in for a routine test and requested to have them bathed and given a nail trim. The came out looking “squeaky clean”, well not so squeaky till they got home. But they both looked so good but the nail trims were excellent, especially after having neglected to have the trims sooner. And the staff…

We brought our new pup to be checked over. He'd been seen and received care from the rescue organization, of course, but we wanted our 5-star vet practice to apply their expertise as well. We love Beyond Pets! Now, our pup has had his first, easy visit and introduction. Here's to a long, healthy, and happy life ... guided by the best vets ever!

Today I took my dog Harley for her annual senior exam. Loved the interaction with the doctor and staff. very positive experience
I brought my baby into Beyond Pets today and honestly was so impressed by the level of care, patience, and thoroughness shown by our physician, Dr. Phil, as well as each staff member. Em assisted with the exam and was such a doll; she made us feel reassured and at ease throughout.
I have been trying to find care for my baby with little to no success for months. He has SEVERE anxiety when it comes to medical care and is hard to manage for even basic treatments. The team here showed my little guy immense compassion despite all of this, and they provided us with amazing care today.
Since he has extreme medical phobia, my kitty needed sedation to be properly and safely examined (and I very much appreciate that recommendation because it is in everyone's best interest). Afterwards, Dr. Phil personally called me to review his findings, recommendations, and plan of action. He answered all my questions in detail. I could tell that he's genuinely dedicated to providing the best care possible and educating pet parents so they can do the same at home.
After the exam, another team member demonstrated medication application (I am so thankful for this) and walked me through post-visit instructions so that there was no confusion once getting home.
It's always nerve-wracking entrusting your little love with new people, but after today, this office has fully gained my trust and appreciation. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner ❤️

The staff here are so caring! My pup swallowed some of my medication and I rushed her to my vet only to be told their calendar was completely booked and they could not see her. They recommended an emergency vet 45- 60 minutes away. I stopped at Beyond Pets on my way there and they immediately took her back, evaluated her, treated her for poisoning, and safely handed her back to me to take home. I can not tell you how appreciative I am to them. It looks like I have a new vet!
