After looking at a Dimplex 20" Revillusion electric fireplace insert from HD, my husband found it on Blazzing Fire website for a lot less. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and received it before the end of the week on the east coast. It was very well packaged with additional bracing on the carton edges and corners. It's perfect for our small corner fireplace and was easy to set up! It has a ceramic heater that puts off just enough heat to take the chill out of our living room. We love the cozy ambience this unit creates! We highly recommend Blazzing Fire for your fireplace needs.

I ordered a Dimplex Mapleton Water Vapor Stove from Blazzing Fire that worked perfectly except for that the remote would not connect via Bluetooth as it was supposed to. A replacement remote was sent--which also would not connect, suggesting that the problem was with the stove. Almost unbelievably these days, Blazzing Fire arranged for a new stove to be delivered and covered return shipping of the defective unit. The new stove is gorgeous and everything works perfectly! Blazzing Fire/Michelle Marie truly went "above and beyond," and I deeply appreciate all that was done to make things right. Thank you for standing behind your product and for all the integrity you showcased! Blazzing Fire is truly "top notch" in all respects.
