Customers frequently highlight the company's professional conduct, attention to detail, and reasonable pricing for services including fireplace conversions, insert installations, and gas line repairs. Reviewers often note that the team communicates project options clearly, maintains a clean workspace, and resolves issues that other contractors could not fix. One recurring criticism involves a delayed installation where a temporary setup remained unresolved for over a year, though this isolated complaint contrasts with the high overall rating of 4.9 from 38 reviews.

Gabe was here installing a new electric fireplace. I couldn’t be more impressed with the job. He was so professional, took his time to show us everything and he was immaculate on cleanliness. He truly went the extra steps and made sure we were happy with the job. Couldn’t say enough! He truly cares about his customers.
Overdue rating but Gabe was wonderful with updating our fireplace! I showed him inspo pictures and he made it come to life easily and at a very fair price. He even included updating the inside of our fireplace with some material he already had at home. Definitely recommend versus any other big store!!
Originally wanted to convert a broken fireplace into a wood burning stove. After talking with a few places it was well beyond what I could afford. Gabe came out to look at it and his price for demo, removal, stove install, air intake and venting was cheaper than other places wanted just for venting. He did an exceptional job on install as well as all the finish work. I burned the whole winter house was warmer and gas bill was half of last season. Strongly recommend the product he suggest and him as the installer. Gabe even gave me all the info to make getting the tax rebate easy. Thanks again!
Gabe was amazing! Very knowledgeable and communicated well with us and explained everything. Thank you for giving us a beautiful, and modern fireplace!
