Hello Alex, I love hearing people's input and welcome yours. However, it would have been nice to actually talk to you before trashing me publicly. It's silly to say something this strong without ever having a personal one-on-one conversation. The mold world is challenging and if you can't see the differences in the type of services that various companies offer it would be hard to understand and compare. I'm sure at the drastic difference of price the quotes are not comparable with the services offered. Nor the results. Remember, this was a free visit and a simple proposal, and I never even spoke to you to explain what all was involved. Testing for toxic mold would be the first step, and the proposal was for the worst-case scenario. A 4,500 sqft home and cleaning every sqft of it, is an expensive endeavor and timely. Please feel free to contact me directly and I'm sure you'll understand what it really takes to complete a project of this size.

I had the most wonderful, peaceful process with Jasen & his crew! I couldn't get the mildew smell out of my home, so had Jasen out to inspect for mold. He quickly identified mold in my basement, educating me without fear in such a kind & gentle way. He also found mold hidden in a place within my HVAC that no others have been able to find that was spreading it throughout my home - showing me pictures so I could see for myself. Now on the other side of the process, my home finally feels clean again & my symptoms have cleared that I didn't even know were associated with the mold.
Jasen was incredibly communicative & always quick to respond to any questions. He would send pictures of the process while I was out of the home, as well as, give me a heads up of a few small leaks they found. Whenever I arrived back to my home & started unpacking everything, I found my things taken very well care of by his crew in the cleaning process - items folded neatly, cords wrapped tightly. They honestly took better care of my things than I have!
He even offered to come touch up a scratch that happened on my wood floors after all was said and done - without me even requesting it or noticing the scratches! Overall, I cannot speak more highly of the integrity & competency within Jasen & his crew.
