Throughout our phone call, Hallie demonstrated expertise, understanding, and unique consideration for me as a new client, including pointing out potential special needs my dogs might have and recommending specifics of how to fill out their booking request form to make sure all my dogs' needs were met. She left me well assured that, had I proceeded with the appointment, my dogs would be well taken care of by seasoned pros in the field. I would happily book with B-n-B again in the future, just based off of that experience. Give Hallie a raise!

Amanda has taken great care of our dog and is extremely professional with the grooming and showering/drying. They are always on time and have never canceled a single appointment in the last 3 years. The fact that they come to your home and deliver your dog after grooming is extremely convenient for us. I can’t imagine of a better groomer than BnB. Please ask for Amanda. I don’t think any other groomer would have managed to take care of our poodle the way she does. Thank you BnB for being such a trusted and professional grooming service.
