I had my first massage by Theresa yesterday. I’ve had a neck issue for about a month. It was virtually gone when I left. She listened to my request for medium pressure and delivered. She even told me which muscle was causing my issue. Thank you - I highly recommend her services!

First of all, the atmosphere is WONDERFUL, so tranquil. Terri, the owner and my masseuse is a God send. She’s sweet, kind, and knows how to work those kinks out! If you haven’t tried her, what are you waiting for? This petite wonderful lady knows how to dig deep. THE BEST MASSEUSE & MASSAGES EVER!

Bliss Mind and Body is clean, professional, friendly, and they know what they are doing.
Love. I stumbled across this place last year and have been forever thankful. Bliss Mind & Body Massage Geniuses take the whole body, nutrition, and mind into account when they work on and with you. They understand the way the body comes together. Because of that, they can hone into your areas of tightness and discomfort. They get to the root, and they incorporate stretches during and after. You get to know them, and they, in return, get to you and your body. I have learned so much going there. I have learned stretches to be more proactive and preventative. We’ve even talked about food and how that can have an impact. I turned my husband into a believer, and he also goes regularly. Their services are therapeutic and catered to my needs, not one size fits all. Bless you Bliss, and your entire staff of knowledgeable, caring, and feels like family staff.
