They communicate well and sweep down spider webs. We haven't found many bugs in the house since they started their extermination service for us. Our biggest concern is scorpions and we have only had two in the house in the past 5 years since we have had their service.
I have been using Cape pest control for several years. They are awesome. They always come when they are supposed to and if I ever find bugs inside the house, I can text them anytime and they show up in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend.
