5-stars indeed. I'm an out-of-state Dad of a college student who's driving a 15 year old Toyota. When we drove the car up for my student's freshman year, I wanted to run the car by a local mechanic shop to have a final set of eyes check it prior to my heading home. After reading several reviews, I settled on Capital Transmission and Auto Care, and I'm grateful for finding this shop. Paul and Brian are great, and after Paul gave me the thumbs up on the Toyota, he gave me and my student each a card and told us to call anytime there was trouble and he'd come get the car. As commonplace as that sounds, that meant a lot to hear, knowing my student's car is aging, and that I would be several hours away. The car had some electrical issues recently, so I called Paul and he got the car in the shop in less than two days. Upon review, the fix was simple and the cost was more than reasonable, saving both money and time.

I had such a great experience with Capitol Transmission & Auto Care! My transmission went on my Dodge Caravan, and from the beginning they were so nice, helpful, and easy to work with. They made a stressful situation so much easier for me, and I really appreciated the way they treated me. Great customer service and a great experience overall.
