A wonderful experience from start to finish!
Amy did a great job with the design, maximizing the space in my small walk-in clothing closet. The installer, Jhony, was a true pro, and so fast! Deidre in the office is always available and helpful. I’m glad I chose Closets to Adore. I highly recommend them.

What keyword would you like for this one? Earlier Closets to Adore reviews used “custom closets,” but since this project was built in bookshelves, a keyword like “custom built ins” might fit better.

When we built our house, the woman we dealt with pushed us to purchase through her because she said we’d get our closets before closing. We didn’t get our closets well into a month after closing. She then pushed me to write a review which I refused. Now, we are 1.5 years into our closets and the drawers are falling off the brackets. Garbage quality for the price. We have photos of the drawer and the mini screws they used to hold the drawers in.
Response from the owner · 2 weeks ago
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration with both the installation timeline and the issues you're experiencing with your drawers. This is certainly not the level of service or quality we strive to provide at Closets To Adore.
We take pride in our workmanship and stand behind our installations. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your project from your Google profile name. We would appreciate the opportunity to inspect the drawers, understand what happened, and correct the issue.
Please contact our office directly so we can locate your project and arrange for someone to come out and fix the problem. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we would welcome the opportunity to make things right.

Closet to adore exceeded my expectations! From Amy my closet Designer to Diego my installer.
Amy was very professional, courteous and was very patient with me, cos i had a lot of questions and back and forth with my design, she explained everything to me perfectly!!
Diego arrived promptly, started by verifying what he came to install and explained the process to me. I checked on him as he was installing to ask questions and he was very responsive . The installation was great, he cleaned up and left my space clean.
The process overall was smooth, emails of what to expect on installation day was sent a few days prior, they didnt bother me with too many calls/email which i like.
To all the team, thank you for a job well done!!!
