I was planning on being a repeat customer. However things didn't go that way. I had an appt for an estimate back at the end of May 2026. My mother & I met with rep Steve. Steve was supposed to e-mail me an estimate to have a security storm door replaced. I never received that e-mail. Anyways I followed-up & called the company on 4 different occasions. One of the phone calls was directly to the rep that came out Steve to inquire about the estimate. During my conversation w/Steve he informed me that he was out in the field, but would check for the estimate & e-mail me upon his return to the office. Still no e-mail. Fortunately I was able to get in contact with another company (competitor), schedule an appt for an estimate, received the estimate & now I have an appt scheduled with that company. You snooze, you loose. I was truly rooting for this company since my first experience with them was superb. I felt the need to put this review out there just in case Steve puts this company in the position to loose another customer & business.

We purchased a custom front door & side window from Compass Window and Door, which was installed yesterday. Compass was a great company to work with & the process from sales to installation was flawless. Dave, our salesperson was very friendly & knowledgeable & we never felt pressured to buy. Dave took his time with us, showing us different samples & explaining different options to us. The installers, Steve Senior & Steve Junior were very professional & took great care installing the new door & side window. They were very easy to work with. After installation was complete Rob came to our house & looked over the installation & asked if we had any questions. It was our first time meeting Rob & he couldn’t have been nicer. I’d also like to acknowledge Steph, who always answered any questions I had & was so pleasant throughout phone & text exchanges. We are very happy with our new door & side window & would highly recommend Compass Window and Door.

Had a great experience with Compass Windows across two separate projects, one of which was a bit of an unusual job — Steve worked with me to find the right solution without any hassle. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. The windows actually arrived ahead of schedule, and setting up the appointments was straightforward. Both times, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were clearly thorough taking the time to inspect existing materials and replace what needed to be replaced rather than cutting corners. The final result exceeded my expectations. The windows themselves are high quality, and the craftsmanship and finishing work were even better than I anticipated. They are a great family business to work with! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable window company.
