I can’t be anymore happy with the work Complete Carpet Care did in our home. We had it re-stretched and then cleaned and it looks like it’s brand new again. Easy to work with and not overpriced. Would definitely use again.
We are very pleased with the service provided after our recent frozen pipe incident. The professional, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance was greatly appreciated. The work to stretch the basement carpet was handled with expertise. We are grateful for the efficient resolution to this unexpected situation. Thank you Jim.
Our carpet was in pretty rough shape. Lots of bumps. Lots of high traffic dark spots. Jim came in and worked diligently to stretch this carpet we thought we would have to replace. Then he cleaned it with the best approach we have ever seen. This expensive but old carpet suddenly looked absolutely new. Really…
I first met Jim Erp in 2004 when he repaired a burn mark in my Mom’s townhouse. He did an amazing job. I’ve had Complete Carpet Care clean our carpets ever since. Jim is one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. Great performance, timely, professional, friendly, reasonably priced, everything one could ask…
Results were amazing! On time, no surprises on the bill, and a very reasonable cost! I had some paint splatters and Jim spent time working on those - they’re gone! Cannot recommend highly enough!
Jim came out and repaired a few tore up places and ripped seam in our carpet. We also had him clean the carpets while here. He consulted me with every decision and explained the pros/cons of his repair approach. Highly recommend for any carpet repair or cleaning needs.

We'd never had that kind of result from prior cleanings from other companies. Thanks Jim. Fantastic job. Bob & Ann

Jim is the man for your carpets. We have had him fix water damage in our basement and also clean our carpets many times. He goes way beyond excellence and is very good with follow through, I can’t say enough wonderful things about his service, I just would not trust anyone else with my home.
We thought we'd give them a try as a last result before replacing the carpet. It was nasty. He set expectations for us on a few the spots but we decided to move forward anyways. He stretched it beautifully and then cleaned, it feels and smells new! We're very happy.
Jim did such an amazing job on our carpet. He helped with two difficult repairs and made our old carpets look about a million times better. He also is extremely professional, has excellent attention to detail, and is just a super nice guy. I can't recommend him enough and definitely will be calling him again in the future.
Jim did amazing work! I had some bleach stains on the carpet that just completely disappeared after Jim fixed it! Also, the cleaning of the rest of the space left the place smelling fresh and new! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
