Fair prices, great work, very tidy with cleanup. Great business and would highly recommend.
I highly recommend Steven and Cutting Edge Tree Services. I had a large downed tree across my property along with significant tree debris and several compromised trees. Some of the trees were dead or dying, had large hanging limbs suspended overhead, and were difficult to access and climb safely. Several areas were also covered in poison ivy. With a gathering planned at my home that weekend, I was becoming increasingly concerned about getting everything cleaned up safely and in time. I called Steven and explained the situation, including the dangerous condition of the trees, the large downed tree sitting in the middle of my property, and the fact that I was hosting a gathering that weekend. To my surprise, he happened to be in the area and stopped by later that same day to take a look for himself. He took the time to assess the situation, listen to my concerns, and offer thoughtful guidance. The next morning, Steven showed up with his full crew ready to work. He had a cancellation in his schedule and immediately reached out to move my project up. By 2:00 PM that afternoon, the entire job was completed. It was a sweltering day, yet Steven and his crew worked efficiently, safely, and tirelessly throughout the project. Despite the challenging conditions—including dead and unstable trees, hanging limbs, difficult climbing conditions, and poison ivy—they handled the work with skill, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety. The difference they made was incredible. In a time when it can be difficult to find contractors who return calls, show up when they say they will, and do exactly what they promise, Steven exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The peace of mind he gave me before my gathering was priceless. If you need tree work done, I would not hesitate to call Steven and Cutting Edge Tree Services. Thank you, Steven! For any future tree or landscaping needs, you’ll be my first call.
Steven and his crew from Cutting Edge Tree and Landscaping did a fantastic job on removing a massive and ailing oak tree from my property and trimming the crown of another. Steven’s crew was efficient and neat and worked especially hard to protect my neighbor’s property and the heirloom rhododendrons, azaleas and other plants on mine. They were meticulous in their cleanup, leaving no sign of being here other than the trees that were removed! They kept the noise of the removal to minimum as well, only starting their chipper periodically and only when needed. (I have seen other tree trimmers in my neighborhood leaving their chippers running virtually all day!) I interviewed and received estimates from six contractors before selecting Cutting Edge. Steven made a fair and qualified proposal and demonstrated an extensive knowledge of trees and landscaping. He even added the free removal of a five-foot high unsightly tree stump left by another tree company a year or two ago. Thank you for the job well done!
We couldn’t be more satisfied and pleased with the work Steve and his exceptional team provided. They were prompt, professional, impeccable and diligent. As my husband said, if the tree weren’t gone we wouldn’t even have known they were here. We highly recommend Steve’s services to anyone who needs it. You will be very happy. We also appreciated the level of clear communication we received from beginning to end of this process. Thank you!

Polite, professional, and considerate! Finding Steven was a breath of fresh air. We were pressed for time to remove dying trees from our backyard as we were hoping to put our home for sale. Steven's team did a great job! He was also kind & considerate - we kept the logs and he stacked them in a way to not obstruct the neighbor's view of their backyard. They cleaned up everything very nicely. After many experiences with other contractors, will be returning to him if we ever need anything. Highly recommend!
