Customers praise the grooming quality, friendly staff, and use of chemical-free products, noting that dogs often leave looking and smelling clean. Positive reviews highlight specific services like hand stripping and full trims, along with the team's patience with anxious or difficult animals. However, recurring criticisms involve billing discrepancies where final costs exceed estimates, scheduling errors, and instances where staff declined to groom dogs due to temperament issues.

I have always requested to have her hand stripped and Erika has done such an amazing job. Adrian smells and looks the best she has ever looked. It makes me happy to see how excited they get to see her and you can tell how much they love animals. Adrian is a very anxious dog and Erika is so patient and kind to her. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a groomer.

He was there for a full 5 hours and 30 minutes until I was notified that they could only brush him, give him a bath and trim some of his nails. Now I wouldn’t have be upset about this because I understand that things happen, however I am very upset that they still made me pay full price for services that were never completed, this is ridiculous and unacceptable!
