Google reviewers rate Dolce Medical Spa five stars based on 490 reviews, highlighting the clean environment, knowledgeable staff, and relaxing facial treatments. Recurring themes include friendly communication and detailed explanations of products used during services. However, low-star feedback identifies a pattern of aggressive post-treatment sales consultations and billing discrepancies, including missing receipts and perceived bait-and-switch pricing tactics. The owner responds to a high percentage of these reviews.

The 5 star review is for the esthetician, Katie, who was great. She had a really nice touch and she explained all of the products she was using as she used them. My skin did look and feel great after. The part I wasn't necessarily expecting was after my facial, I thought I would pay and be on my way. I was instead taken to a "consultation room" where a man came in and wanted to sell me either a package or a skincare device or both. I explained that I don't live in the area and am not interested in a package and that I already have a red light device at home, as well as that I work in the beauty industry myself and I'm able to get many things at cost, so I would not be buying anything today but I would be willing to take a brochure or some information with me, which he provided. He was nice enough, but it is a pressure sales tactic that I didn't appreciate. Had I not been in the beauty industry or as educated as I am about skincare, I can see how people would feel intimidated by such a pitch or pressured to buy very expensive treatments. Additionally, after a relaxing treatment, clients don't want to be put in a room and pressured to buy upsells. If the devices/products do what they claim to do, clients will naturally want to buy and don't have to be pressured.
