I am very happy with my experiences with Marcus. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough during the inspection. We had two inspections since we walked away from the first purchase. We also really like the format of the inspection report we received, it is easy to read and understand. I really like how the report tells us which type of contractor would handle each defect.
