This is my favorite salon and have been coming here for years. The service is exceptional!
Very cute place. Love the open space, decor, and cleanliness. I have been growing my hair out for several months and walked in only knowing I wanted a change. I briefly described what my vision was and showed her an example of a “style” I liked and Suwanna did an amazing job. She exceeded my expectations. Also, she was sweet, honest, and responded quickly to my appointment request. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

First time client here and will absolutely be here again!!! Suwanna did an amazing job taking care of me and my hair today! I’m very picky with my hair since I love my length and thickness. Shannon Kirk at Ellements Salon is simply the best!
My hair has never looked better. Shannon gives me the most stunning copper red color every single time. It’s always vibrant, rich, and exactly what I envision (if not better!). She also nails my haircut every visit. It always feels fresh, flattering, and easy to style. I constantly get compliments on my hair, and it’s all thanks to her talent and attention to detail. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I have the choice. Shannon is that good!

I tried booking with Shanon Kirk, her voicemail requested a text to book, so I did, it was Saturday in the afternoon I was looking for a same day or same week appointment, she said she was booked for today but had her next openings for Tuesday, I said that would be fine but that I need for after 5:15 based on my job hours, she said she would do the scheduling for it tomorrow on Sunday, I was busy today as I had several other plans, she texts at like 1:38pm and asks if 6pm on Tuesday works I say yes, that works fine. I then move on to my next activity thinking I was squared away, she had messaged back saying she had a cancellation today at almost 5pm and I responded 40min later asking if she ment today? She then goes "No I’m sorry. Looks like we will go into next week." And so I am confused thinking we had Tuesday secured and that she had an availability pop up today that I couldn't make, so I clarified "So Tuesday still at 6?" And she says "No unfortunately I don’t have that spot available anymore. I can do next week in the evening"
So I'm confused thinking she had booked me, but not only had she not booked me, she tried to fill a last minute slot and then pushed me off for another week.
She ended by saying "Look for a Salon that does online booking. Unfortunately, I am unable to help you at this point."
I feel this transaction was unprofessional and that she is unreliable for booking or doesn't have a professional manner to book. This experience was less than ideal and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend working with stylists who behave in such a manner. This was a crumby experience and Shanon had poor customer service. I was very disappointed in my experience.
