My dad got extremely ill very suddenly. I had to take over his finances and I was unaware of his storage unit. Michael worked with me to get the owed amount payed-without being pushy or annoyed that we owed. He really understood it was a unique and unavoidable situation and helped me get everything sorted. He also made sure I was able to get my dads lift assist chair out of storage so he can come home and not have to go to a nursing home. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. He never made us feel like we were bothering him, and really made the experience better all around as I was extremely stressed about the owed amount. He definitely went above and beyond for my family and really helped take a load of stress off of my plate. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a storage unit. It doesn't feel like some big corporation that is detached from their customer base. The company has that family owned and human feel that's nearly impossible to find these days. If you're looking for a storage unit -when you call ask for Michael-he will take care of you and is a really kind person.

Had a great experience with EXTRA MILE MOVING. They moved a new hyperbaric oxygen chamber into our practice at The Livingston Clinic in Brighton, Michigan. Joe and Michael and the crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time they took care not to damage my hyperbaric chamber. They took apart the crate and all the packing material and hauled it all off. They were ingenious in how they were able to move my 1700 pound Chamber into the clinic. They cleaned up after themselves and acted as professionals at all time. Overall, I’m very impressed with this business and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

Extremely happy with Extra Mile Moving Logan called to let me know they were on the way, they arrived A few minutes early, which was actually great.
