True to their word. Shadetree has serviced my vehicle twice in the last month or so. Matt, the lead technician on my vehicle not only competively matched prices of other shops in the area, but Shadetree themselves, honored a Military discount as well. Shadetree warranty 's their work knowing their techs perform services to the best of their ability. I went in recently due to a strange issue. Matt and his team identified the issue, found a part they had replaced strangely failed, replaced it, fully serviced it to include an oil change, and charged me nothing. I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with an automotive car company. You can bet I'll be coming back to this company for a long time.

Michelle is the absolute best. One should not be on a first name basis with a body shop, but here we are. Rear-ended in a less than 3k miles Forte, daughter in accident in 2015 Kia soul fender-bender, and now a used jeep renegade with questionable body repairs.
This business has always been upfront and honest about repairs. They never give you the impression they are after profit. It's always about you and Michelle? 💯 Invited to my next cookout.
