Denis was a great technician. He was right on time, was quick to diagnose the problem, and quotes a price that included labor. He discovered a secondary problem and fixed it without changing the quote. I will definitely call him again.
The knob on my dryer broke off, they got a replacement part and were out here fixing it 2 days after i had reached out. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable and the repair was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them A++ service!

Very professional and came very quickly to fix my washer.
Excellent service. Denis is very polite and knowledgeable about his work. He has worked on our washer machine and refrigerator and we are very happy with his work and service. Highly recommend him for any appliance repairs.

We Weill definitely be using their services again. We were very impressed with their work. We have dogs and they were dog friendly and accepting of our vocal huskies. I first met Denis when I needed repair to my stacked dryer which is installed in a tight spot in my laundry room. In the past I have had other repair people, sent by my appliance insurance company. Twice in the past the technician walked into my laundry room, looked at the stacked washer/dryer, turned around and told me they wouldn’t service it because they didn’t have the space (or desire) to move the unit out. So I decided to forego the insurance and found Denis on the internet. Denis arrived on time and simply got to work. He quickly pulled the stacked washer/dryer, by himself ,and opened the dryer and repaired it in short order. I was impressed with his effort and when later my dishwasher was tripping its circuit, I called Denis back again, where he applied the same conscientious effort to his work. Denis stands behind his work, is on time and reasonable in price. I will use him again.
