Was looking for a used forklift for a couple weeks. No one seemed to want to help me. Beth called me right back, found a suitable unit and I bought it next day. She had it on a truck the next day.

Like any consumer, my concern buying a used piece of machinery (sight unseen from 1200 miles away) was finding a dealer who checks out and addresses any issues before I get it. We found the forklift we wanted at Forklift Trader and worked with Eric. He assured me the lift had been through their service department.…

Like any consumer, my concern buying a used piece of machinery (sight unseen from 1200 miles away) was finding a dealer who checks out and addresses any issues before I get it. We found the forklift we wanted at Forklift Trader and worked with Eric. He assured me the lift had been through their service department. Once we made the agreement, Eric called to let me know a part was on backorder. They made it right and when the lift arrived, it was in great condition with only a few issues. They worked with us on a resolution and we are pleased. I would recommend Forklift Trader for your next purchase of a pre-owned forklift
