Called and made appointment was given a 10-12 timeframe and 11:50 called to see if I could get ETA. Technician called and said my window was 2-4. I specifically wrote time down and sat at home waiting and now I have to be somewhere. Communicating needs to be addressed with scheduling, office and customers.
Was told over the phone I’d be given a quote once the tech arrived but the tech quickly competed the work shortly after arrival without telling me a price and charged me $300+ for a couple valve replacements and 15 minutes of work. Happy the issue got resolved but feel I was heavily over charged without being given a quote.
Very happy with these guys for fixing my vent hood. I have been trying to find someone for a couple months and apparently vent hoods are a special niche in appliance world. They did an excellent job and left my kitchen cleaner than they found it! I would/ will definitely use their services again.
