Good Neighborhood Appliance was amazing. I had been calling everywhere for help with my washer, and he was the only one who actually helped. He walked me through everything step by step, explained it all in plain language, and even said I could send a photo if I got stuck. The only reason I was able to do it myself is because he gave me the assurance that it was simple and I could handle it. Thanks to his guidance, I pulled the washer out, loosened the bolts, and finished the setup on my own. Truly outstanding service and just a kind, patient professional. If you’re dealing with appliance issues, save yourself the stress and call him. I can’t recommend him enough.
Patrick was wonderful! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand that we needed for our dryer. He showed us how to better maintain the dryer and even showed us how to clean the vent from the outside ourselves. I greatly appreciate when someone teaches you something instead of telling you you need to schedule them to come out for maintenance!! I have anxiety and hate having strangers in my home but I felt very comfortable with Patrick and was thankful for his friendly and easy going manner.
Patrick came out to fix my fridge which had a valve issue. He was super respectful and so easy to work with when it came to scheduling date and time for services. Would definitely recommend!

Patrick was great, we will definitely be using him in the future. We had him install a dishwasher for us and he was on time, thorough and very respectful of our home. He cleaned up after he was done and even took extra time to advise me on a quick fix we could do in the future to save from another service call. He even looked up the part we would need!
