They did a great job with my piano. They were very careful with it. They actually showed up early, but they had called ahead to let me know. I will definitely use them whenever I need a mover, especially for my piano.

Overall our experience was great. One exception was when the company return the piano, they didn't put it back it the original spot, so we were charged extra for them to place it back it the original spot. The guys that did put it back were pleasant and professional.

Had them move a piano for me, highly recommend! Fair price and excellent service! The entire process was very easy and quick as well, as excellent communication. Will use them again for any moving needs.
Great experience, the point guy was responsive and professional. His crew was careful and was actually very fast at moving two big pianos, with no problems.

Have used this company 3 times before. Never again!! Damaged furniture, scarcity of tools on the truck and 3-4 pieces of furniture professionally wrapped or covered from a 2,000 sq ft home. My antiques bureau was dragged down the steps unprotected. The rollers in the 1 drawer fell out and there are chips all over the bureau and it needs to be refinished. Another $5,000 cabinet was not covered and the edges are damaged!! A roller wheel on a trundle bed was broken and denied even though I had a picture of a piece of it. I had pics of damage but was told I was already compensated $100 because a driver took an hour to go get a tool but came back with drinks. Another was on his phone as I walked up the steps and it wasn’t the office. Also told I got a small discount on materials. Not even 1 roll of plastic was used. They refuse to compensate me for the damages so I will pursue other avenues if the repair estimates warrant it. Get a family owned business to move your belongings. I’m not saying they didn’t work hard but they could have worked smart if they had checked the truck to begin with and covered every piece of furniture with pads. There was no sea of blue when I looked into the truck. Just wood and exposed items. Be careful. Watch out for trip charges and other fees.
Great service. Moved a heavy piano up a big flight of stairs. Not one scratch or mark of damage anywhere on my house. Professional Friendly and thoughtful company. Best experience. I highly recommend.
