After that, She wanted to think it over, And less than five minutes later, the mechanic called me, her husband, That he didn't want to work on her car. When I went in to ask why, because I asked him point blank "what did my wife say to make you not want to work on her car? " He said it wasn't as much what she said, it was more her tone. So ladies, be careful with your tone, If you wanna be treated respectfully and not have your husband called moments later. Zero respect. And I'm sorry if you didn't like my tone, but I will defend my wife every day.
Thank you for your review. We understand that you were disappointed we chose not to perform the requested repairs. During our discussion, concerns were raised that the leaking water pump and timing belt service should have been addressed during a previous oil cooler repair. However, the oil cooler and water pump are separate components located in different areas of the engine, and the water pump was not leaking at the time of the oil cooler repair. During our conversation, I felt that our shop was being blamed for conditions that were not related to the oil cooler repair. Given the vehicle's history of a failed oil cooler, which resulted in the engine being low on oil, coolant contamination in the engine oil, and oil contamination in the cooling system, we were concerned about the possibility of additional issues developing that could be unrelated to the requested repairs. For that reason, we did not feel comfortable performing further repairs and potentially being held responsible for future problems caused by the prior engine and cooling system contamination. Our previous invoice specifically documented the vehicle's condition and stated that the engine was low on oil, coolant was present in the engine oil, internal engine damage may have occurred, there was no warranty on the engine, the engine oil should be changed again after 500 miles, and the cooling system should be flushed repeatedly until all oil contamination was removed, which could require additional flushes every 500 miles. Our shop takes pride in providing honest recommendations and performing repairs that we can confidently stand behind. In this case, due to the vehicle's documented history and the potential for additional issues beyond the requested repair, we chose not to proceed with the work. We wish you the best and appreciate the opportunity to inspect your vehicle.

Our go to place for all auto repairs! Always honest and only do necessary repairs I questioned if I needed just a new battery or a new alternator too and was told alternator was working just fine after we replaced the battery. I know I can trust these guys to be honest and do the anything that needs to be done quickly and efficiently. They have been out go to place for over 5 years and multiple cars! So grateful to have such a great small local business to support!

These guys are amazing. I’ve used them many times. This weekend, though was our best experience. We dropped off the car after hours on Wednesday. We needed it by Sunday and Dallas went in Saturday evening to make sure it was done for us and we were able to get it for our spring break trip. Such a great job with all of our cars.

I'm a pretty handy person when it comes to repairing or maintaining my old vehicles, but if I need any help or it's something that I cannot handle and I feel overwhelmed and worried about my vehicle and the way it's running I suggest you bring it down to this amazing shop! My car is 33 years old it's a pain and can be kind of complicated to diagnose and repair, I walked in there chatted about some background what I wanted and these people were able to hop on it immediately they kept me informed about everything that was going on. The availability of parts for my car is slim I thought I was prepared and I had brought the wrong replacement parts for what I was needing done! They informed me very quickly on what I was missing and what was needed and got right on it! All of the staff here are super welcoming and it has helped me feel safe about the way my vehicle is running!
