I highly recommend Jason and Grout Repair Pro! The entire experience was excellent, from the top-notch customer service and ongoing communication to the incredible quality of the final work. Jason was incredibly diligent, transparent, and professional. Beyond doing a fantastic job on the shower, he took the time to educate me about our local water and environment, the best cleaning products to use, and even gave great advice on water softening products and equipment to maintain the results. He has also followed up on the information we discussed. It is such a huge relief to finally have a mold-free shower!

What a great experience! We hired Jason to refresh an upstairs shower which was showing signs of mold, cracked grout, and receding grout near the base. The glass door was cloudy despite our repeated efforts to clean it. We loved the tile design and didn’t really want to replace the whole shower.
From the first phone call, Jason politely explained the process he would employ, the base cost, and several potential additional costs based on what he and we decided to do on the day of the work.
Jason arrived promptly, was respectful to us and our home, and got to work. Eight hours later, our shower looks like it did when we first had it installed about 17 years ago! It’s beautiful!
Jason is organized, neat, knowledgeable, and meticulous with his methods. Each step - cleaning, grout repair, re-grouting, glass cleaning - was explained to us and we were advised on how to best keep our shower sparkling clean in the future - including methods and products to use.
We highly recommend Jason/Shower Pros. Jason will work tirelessly and he takes pride in his work. He’s a true professional with a great work ethic and conscientious attitude that is rare to find.
