Customers frequently praise the shop for quick service, reasonable pricing, and honest communication regarding repair options. Reviewers highlight the staff's friendliness and willingness to explain necessary work without pushing unnecessary upsells for tires, brakes, and other auto repairs. One recurring criticism involves a dispute over a used vehicle sale where the transmission failed shortly after purchase, leading the reviewer to allege the shop sold a defective vehicle and attempted to misrepresent the issue.

I’ve been coming here for everything associated with tires and brakes. They’re genuine guys with great service. They do what needs to be done without pushing you or giving ridiculous prices. I’ve got new tires for my wife’s car and mine, had brake pads & rotors replaced on other occasions, and also tire plugs done. Very trustworthy.

These are really the best. I have had very few places where I can safely feel I trust their work integrity. Other places will push unnecessary upsells and try to peer pressure you, but Hector and his team do not. I have been coming here for the past year and I highly recommend them.

Every time I’ve come in, I’ve been treated with respect and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They do great work, they’re upfront about everything, and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.
It’s hard to find a shop where you can genuinely trust the people working on your vehicle, but this is definitely one of those places. The owner has built a great team, and you can tell they all take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tire shop you can actually trust. I won’t go anywhere else!

My brakes were squeaking as I stopped so naturally I thought the brake pads needed replacing. It was Hector who told me all mine have a lot of life on them and recommended against that. Instead, he volunteered to clean them out of the debris and gunk (as he put it) in hopes I would not continue to have same issue and didn't even charge me for any work done. I can safely say that fixed the issue. Thank you, Hector!
