Dropped in for two days while in the area. Gym was clean, not crowded and had plenty of equipment for use. Complementary water and towels available along with energy drinks, protein shakes, and protein bars for purchase.
I was able to come in and train for olympic weightlifting. The bars were in great conditions along with the plates. Smaller change plates were a little harder to find but ended up finding some in the back room.
Prices were great - I paid for a week through the website. It was easy to sign up for and pay.

I’ve been training with Jesse at Haven Training for over six months, and I can’t recommend him or this gym enough. Jesse is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in his clients, not just in workouts, but in long-term progress, safety, and consistency.
I can't forget to mention co-owner, Francisco, who is always a pleasure to see, super friendly and works hard with his clientele for private trainings, too.
Haven Training itself is the kind of environment where you can show up, work hard, and actually enjoy the process.
