The staff at Fitness for Life is very knowledgeable and polite. After only a month, my shoulder issue is significantly better. This location is clean, always on time and well run. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing physical therapy.
I've been to many OT facilities around the valley. This one is the best. I am immobile and each appt someone comes out and helps with my knee scooter. Entire staff is so friendly and helpful. JC is very knowledgeable. After a couple of appts we've both noticed an improvement in my foot and ankle. JC is working on my…
I have been a patient of JC Vargas for 3 years. I was happy for JC when he became Director at Movement for Life but sad that the PT who kept me in good shape while I suffered from degenerative disc disease and other maladies was leaving for a better position. Great staff, flexible schedules. I wasn’t always able to get the same therapist which would have helped with consistency but all were very good.
Shoulder replacement recovery is a long process and requries skilled physical therapy for success. I am in month four of the recovery and am nearing full recovery thanks to the skilled and friendly therapists at Movement for Life. I so much appreciate them

Very good PT’s.
I've been to many OT facilities around the valley. This one is the best. I am immobile and each appt someone comes out and helps with my knee scooter. Entire staff is so friendly and helpful. JC is very knowledgeable. After a couple of appts we've both noticed an improvement in my foot and ankle. JC is working on my strength and flexibility. The facility is has better equipment than what I've experienced. I recommend this facility over any other. Thanks staff for making grueling PT a pleasant experience.
My care was outstanding. What i am going through is highly intensive and not many places could deal with my issues. I have been trying to find out what was causing a severe vertigo and dizziness problem after two major back surgeries. I seen everyone to get it fixed. And the therapist did help but didn't solve the problem. A neurologist did find the problem and is working to fix it. My only issue is. I got extremely sick and had to go to the hospital the night before one of my appointments. My wife called first thing in the morning and explained why I could not attend that afternoon appointment and then I had another appointment two weeks later and I was still sick and that appointment was canceled a week early. I was billed a 165 dollars for canceled appointments and my insurance will not pay for that. My point is the doctors had no idea what it was and if it was something contagious I didn't think it was a good idea to share it. As it was I had a high fever. The only thing the Doctors came up with was they called it Desert Feavor. I just don't feel I should have to pay because I just didn't blow off those appointments. I did call. So I am unsure if I am still on the hook for the 165 dollars.
I have been a patient of JC Vargas for 3 years. I was happy for JC when he became Director at Movement for Life but sad that the PT who kept me in good shape while I suffered from degenerative disc disease and other maladies was leaving for a better position. After a couple of months, I decided to leave my current PT provider & follow JC to MFL because I developed a very painful condition in addition to DDD and trusted JC to help me through it. I love MFL! The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful! Great app to keep informed on your treatment and of course JC is there! His temporary intern, Julia, is intelligent, professional and wonderful to work with. MFL has a great facility!
