Extremely well organized and clean place. We do not board our dogs much but after touring this facility, I feel very comfortable leaving my furbabies in their care.

My dog had CCL surgery in June and they referred us to Hia Dog for hydrotherapy to help strengthen her leg. It was my dog's first time in the water, and Faye did a wonderful job and did so good with Nellie in the pool. I can't wait to get her scheduled for another session! It's such a beneficial service for Hiawatha…

Our dog absolutely LOVES Hia! Our boys feel good leaving him at the "dog hotel" for boarding! I love dropping him off for a grooming appointment and he gets to have daycare for some of the day too! Highly recommend Faye and the Hia Dog family!

Hia Dog has always been great for my dog, and has friendly staff and has taken care of my dog well! The staff pays attention, and you can tell they love dogs!
While small, it means they pay more attention to the dogs that they have, and the small daycare groups are great!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Our dog, Zelda, is extremely shy and anxious around new people, so finding somewhere we felt comfortable leaving her was a huge concern. From the very beginning, they were so patient, understanding, and willing to work with her at her own pace.
One thing I really appreciated was that they took the time to show me around the facility and personally showed me where Zelda would be staying. No other boarding place we visited had done that, and I thought it was such a nice touch. It really helped put my mind at ease!
Throughout her stay, they kept us updated on how she was doing, and it was such a relief knowing she was in good hands. They truly took the time to understand her personality instead of giving up on her because she was scared.
It’s not easy trusting someone with a nervous dog, but they made the whole experience so much easier. We are so thankful for the care and patience they showed Zelda and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to board their dog!
