Customers frequently praise the grooming services for being thorough, noting that staff members are patient, friendly, and effective with various dog breeds, including large and senior pets. Positive reviews highlight good communication regarding grooming options and competitive pricing compared to other local providers. However, a recurring criticism in lower-rated reviews involves inconsistent results, such as dogs being shaved against specific instructions or left wet, as well as instances of poor handling for nervous animals and appointment scheduling issues.

Christy always does a great job with my Stubborn German Shepherd Pomeranian Carl. The whole grooming salon is great and all the staff help each other out and make you feel welcome. It is a great place to go to get your Fur Baby in tip top shape. Thanks Petco!

First time..I took my Yorkie to Petco. The groomer did a excellent job. The second time was horrible! On July 12th. I took my Yorkie in to be groomed. Took four hours..which is common. Went to pick up dog..he was shaking..jerking. The girl said all dog could do was shake..jerk..and try to bite her when she was…
Great place to take yr pup. The entire staff and store is great
