The vet and the nurse's were all very kind very accommodating they help me with my Jack Russell terrier and they even managed to give me some donated meds cuz I couldn't afford all of them they are definitely very very compassionate and very professional I definitely take my dog back there again

The Holladay Veterinary Hospital has been great to work with. I recented adopted a 6 year old dog, and they have taken wonderful care of her medical needs. The staff are friendly, and easy to contact for questions. The dr has been so kind in taking care of my new dog. I recommend them for your pets.

I saw Dr. McClain and she kneeled on the floor to examine my puppy. He was totally relaxed with her.

I recently got a dog from someone who had already paid for the pet plan. I took him in for a dental cleaning, and they discovered he needed a couple of teeth pulled. The office then contacted the previous owner instead of me, even though she had already given them my phone number and email. This resulted in the previous owner contacting me and questioning what had happened, which was uncomfortable since we had only had the dog for about a week. I felt it was very unprofessional for the office to contact the previous owner about a dog that was now in my care. I also had to call three times just to get my new dog’s records sent to me, which was frustrating.
I also felt like I was treated a little strangely when I first started going there. I can’t say for sure why, but I did wonder if my appearance or facial tattoos had something to do with it. Either way, it made me uncomfortable.
Overall, I think the communication and consistency could definitely be better.
Update: I just found out there are still three things left on my dog’s pet plan that weren’t done during our last visit. I specifically asked if everything was completed because I live in Ogden and didn’t want to make another hour-long drive to Holladay. Yet again, I was given misinformation.
