Had Julio do our treatment for both subterranean and dry rot termites. He was very conscientious about our property and left the house cleaner than he found it. His partner was on vacation so it toot him close to 5 hours, but that included treatment on the attic, crawl spaces, window sill and 360 around the outside…
Great experience with Horizon! Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, from the phone staff to the technicians who came out in person. I first used them almost 2 years ago to treat a termite problem in one corner of my condo. This year, termites showed up in a different corner — and I was pleasantly surprised to learn their warranty covers my whole unit, not just the original treatment area. The second treatment ended up being completely free. It's great to see a company stand behind their work like that. Highly recommend.

As a new homeowner, discovering that our home had both termites and pest activity was incredibly stressful. I wasn’t sure where to start, so I searched online and came across Horizon Termite Control, which offered a free inspection and consultation.
From the very beginning, the team was professional, honest, and informative. This review has nothing to do with the work ! This has everything to do with the driving skills of an individual on May 12 2026 around 3:20pm driving in Fremont CA . Whoever the person was driving truck LP: 81886V2 might want to calm down with trying to drive reckless in traffic , no blinker at all cut me off and literally almost took my side mirror off when he got in front of me ! Do better with your driving skills !

Jameah thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that no one should be driving reckless no matter what the circumstances are. We will be meeting with our employee about this issue. However, this review has nothing to do with our work ethic nor the value that we offer our customers. This review really hurts our ratings. Please consider removing this review since it has nothing to do with our work ethic. A phone call to our office would have definitely solved this issue.

I’ll update in a year with the conclusion to this work. The inspection was done by Neriah. We thought he was thorough and he walked through the recommended options. Overall we are very happy with the outcome

Thank you to the team at Horizon Termite for being complete, thorough and professional. Every email , phone and correspondence answered within minutes-great receptionist team. Call backs were almost immediate. All questions answered with professionalism and completeness. Leo and Francisco did a great job today. They worked at the house for 5 hours and it was not a cool day. They reviewed the areas to be treated and they were very respectful with all my questions! Great job!
Very unprofessional appointment system. Got their call this morning and I drove 40 minutes for a confirmed appointment, no one shows up. Called them many times and no one picks up the phone. Called back after an hour and told me it's wrong date, are you kidding me???
Their reception lacks basic organization and communication skills. They don't answer calls, and responses are slow.
They wasted my holiday time and showed no respect for customers' schedules. This is not a reliable business. Don't even bother!!!
