Recurring themes highlight the staff's willingness to explain issues clearly and provide reliable service that builds long-term trust. However, a small number of low-star reviews report significant criticisms, specifically citing miscommunication regarding costs, unresolved mechanical problems, and instances where vehicles were returned without fixing the original issue.
