I’ve been happy with the therapy here. I first came here for knee replacement therapy and that went great. Now in going for balance issues and it seems to be going well. The staff is great and attentive to your needs to get back on track. The staff is friendly and happy to see you. I highly recommend them!
The front desk scheduled my appts in a very timely manner & with kindness & compassion. The therapists are knowledgeable & professional. I always feel better when my session is over.

I started physical therapy at IBJI Physical Therapy in Channahon following my hip replacement surgery in February 2026 and completed six weeks of rehab with excellent results. I’m currently two weeks into therapy for a total shoulder replacement, and my recovery is progressing very well. I’ll also be returning in September for rehabilitation after my second hip replacement, meaning I’ll have spent about 24 weeks at this facility this year. Dylan and Anna have been outstanding throughout my recovery journey. Their expertise, encouragement, and personalized approach have helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence after surgery. They do a great job of pushing me appropriately while always keeping my recovery goals in mind. Ashley at the front desk is equally amazing. She keeps everything organized, makes scheduling easy, and is always willing to accommodate changes when life happens. The entire team has made what could have been a challenging recovery process much smoother and more successful. I highly recommend IBJI Physical Therapy in Channahon to anyone needing rehabilitation after surgery or injury. They truly care about their patients and are committed to helping them get back to doing the things they love.
The entire staff is caring and professional. The office is well organized. My physical therapy goals were structured in such a way so that I would obtain success. Highly recommend the Channahon IBJI !
