Counseling is fine....but the way they try to "up-sell" other services after telling them, "Im not interested in other services" is a bit much.

Even if the gene site exam shows that there is a slight side effects on me, still, the insurance wanted me to try it out. I also said I'm willing to try. She does not care if it causes any side effects for stopping the medication she provided. She wouldn't respond. This place tried charging me twice for services I never had, stating, it's a late cancellation charge. Scammers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is incredibly unprofessional, specifically Jordan.
It is absolutely pathetic that a psychiatrist—someone trained in empathy and mental health—would have the audacity to roll her eyes at a patient during a session. Jordan openly mocked and minimized a serious discussion regarding emotional infidelity and broken trust.
A provider who dismisses accountability and mocks a patient’s personal boundaries has no business in this field. It was judgmental, condescending, and the definition of 'god complex.' Save your time and money and find a real professional who actually respects their patients. Jordan is clearly not it. I highly suggest you go and find the other one star review about her it is highly concerning and talks about possible suing.
Edit to add: I find integrated healths response disturbing. Things already were handled inappropriately once, NO ONE will be reaching out to handle anything “Privately” 3 people I know have completely shut down & stopped trying to get help after speaking with Jordan. THAT tells you enough, there’s nothing further to be discussed. Trash team, trash service, all around awful.

My mother has used Integrated Health for physical therapy two other occasions. The entire staff from front office to physical therapists are so kind, and friendly. The physical therapist takes their time to listen to mom and address any issues she is having. They are constantly checking on her pain level as they run through her exercises.
