不要來這，這個韓國老闆非常沒禮貌而且很rude，你去翻所有一星的回覆都表明如此。超可怕的體驗 他的星星數都是洗的，別相信，因為他對我前一個顧客和後一位顧客也是這樣的。 而且照出來超醜，四張照片要你$40，根本不能用 而且五秒鐘照完，就叫你離開了，說照片好了會傳簡訊跟你說 五分鐘後我人已經在高速公路上了，簡訊傳來說照片已經好了.. 那你當下為什麼不說稍等五分鐘就好？ 害我uber原路折回，一來一往等於多花了兩趟的錢，加上$40塊醜到不能用的照相費，總total損失了將近$100

The photographer may come off impersonal initially but he is professional and accommodating. We went to the studio for a passport photo. He quickly took several photos and asked us to choose one. The whole process from the moment we stepped in to the studio to leaving felt quite rushed. In hindsight, the photographer was likely willing to slow down if we requested it. He is quite reasonable and I am willing to return to the studio for any future photoshoots
Thank you for your review. Was I a little too quick? If there was a child, I may have tried to finish quickly because I was worried about the child getting tired or uncomfortable. I’m also a little shy at first, and the language barrier can sometimes make me seem that way. :) I’m sorry if I made you feel rushed. I’ll try to pay more attention next time. This was easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The photographer was shockingly rude, impatient, and aggressive. Ironically, the photographer himself had a very heavy accent and struggled to communicate clearly, yet chose to throw a complete temper tantrum and started screaming at ME just because of a minor misunderstanding! Throwing a tantrum and treating people like crap just because of a basic communication hiccup is ridiculous. The blatant racism and disrespect are gross. Run away from this place and take your business somewhere else that actually respects human beings.

Other countries available too, you choose it yourself and you will be notified when it is done (very fast service, I didn’t even reach croissante bakery and it was already done!)

I’ve used J Photo for adult and infant passport photos and have been pleased with all! They are at a new location and it’s best to park in the back by the entrance

I had a really disappointing experience here. I made an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and expected at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, I was treated in a very cold and dismissive manner from the start. What made it worse was that despite having a confirmed appointment, I was asked to wait while another walk-in customer was allowed to go ahead of me. It felt unfair and confusing, especially since no explanation was provided. During the photoshoot itself, the service felt noticeably different compared to how other customers were being treated. The overall attitude came across as unwelcoming and, frankly, made me question whether I was being treated differently because of my background. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience left me uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope the business can reflect on how they treat customers and ensure everyone is treated with the same level of respect.
Wonderful passport photo option- I’m glad I found this place! The owner/photographer was very nice and fast. Photos came out great. I came after work and was in and out in like 20 minutes with my photos! My 6 month old baby liked the guy :)
