Recurring themes include accommodating urgent road trip needs, such as tire changes and fluid services, often with minimal wait times. However, some reviewers criticize slow communication when requesting quotes and note that the equipment appears dated. Needed air in my RV tires. They were friendly and got me right in. Brandon was great.
We were driving through on a road trip and on our way into Idaho, fluid change lights and indicators started firing. We made it into Boise for the night, but had a long way to go the next morning. The folks at Jack’s were busy, but understood our need to get back on the road and got us taken care of first thing!…

Bill is an incredible asset to the team. He was very prompt to help me while waiting, and upon finding that they did not have the tires in stock that I needed, did not even charge me for the tire rotation he was completing. Incredible service and will be returning the next time I need tires thanks to Bills work.
