Jeff was fantastic! He helped me diagnose a plumbing issue in my home and was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair throughout the entire process. As someone who had just moved to the area, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what was going on instead of trying to upsell me or charge me for unnecessary work.
He also went above and beyond by helping me find someone who could rebuild my shower at a price that fit my budget. After getting some outrageous quotes from other companies, I really appreciated his willingness to help me find an affordable solution.
I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a plumber. He’s honest, fair, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping his customers!

I can’t say enough about this small business. I was in a predicament with a leaky faucet that I had just bought brand new and had another plumber install for me. It turned out that the faucet had faulty parts and the previous plumber just told me I’d need to buy a new/better faucet and pay to have it installed. Jeff’s came out the day after I called him and fit me in after his normally scheduled clients. He was able to fix the faucet quickly and even taught me how the plumbing within the sink works. His kindness and courtesy were unmatched. I’ve never felt so blessed to have found a reputable, fair company who wants to earn your business the right way. I’d highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a plumber for jobs big or small. He has more than earned my trust!

Jim absolutely made my day! Jeff & Jim not only communicate extremely well, but Jim is absolutely OCD with his plumbing & installs I literally cried as I took a shower in my new walk in tonight. I told Jim I probably would & I definately did! Jim was super easy to talk to, provided me so much knowledge on my home systems (even when I thought I understood what I had running my home) he went the extra mile to educate me even further than I dreamed so that I could be a more knowledgeable homeowner. I always appreciate a contactor who is willing to take the time to talk to me like we are friends and answer my questions with no pressure. I will be using Jeffs going forward because my experience exceeded my expecting- and that is hard to do. Thank you Jeff & especially Jim, for servicing my home!
