Have used Jossie Lu for years. Business has changed a lot. It's hard to be everything to everyone. My heart was broken when Katia left my two dogs in a dark locked shop, until almost 7:00PM after arriving there at 10:00 AM. I would never do that to anyone’s pet! Be a responsible groomer & treat dogs with love and care! 👹👹👹
Just took my baby to Jossi Lu for the first time and had a great experience! They were very friendly and sweet to my puppy. Plus, he came out looking sooooo good! I will be a repeat customer 🙌🏼

Katia at Jossi Lu is truly amazing. She has groomed all of my dogs, and my two little ones, who are now 13 and 15, have only gone to her for the last 10+ years. That says everything. She is kind, patient, reliable, and incredibly good at what she does. I fully trust her with my dogs, especially my seniors, and that kind of trust is not easy to find. They always come back looking great and, more importantly, cared for. I’m so grateful to have found someone who treats my dogs with so much love and attention. I cannot recommend Katia and Jossi Lu enough.

Sent my dog in to get bathed and groomed and they couldn’t even clean out her ears, that is unacceptable.
