I have been to this salon three times, First time went for hair treatment and cut. The lady who did it admitted they have used too much product. My hair was so oily it felt like I am under shower till I washed. The second time despite the lady doing a good job for blowout it wasn't any better than other salons for 3 times the cost. The third time, I went online selected a simple blowout starting from $65 and chose any random stylist. A couple of hours prior to my appointment when I texted them they said a simple blowout without any treatment would cost $210! I have gone to many other luxury hair salons. A simple blowout should not cost more than $120 as there is certain level upto how good it can look. The customers going to this salon have lost their mind for paying extra for no reason. There are far so many higher quality salons in downtown Palo Alto for fraction of the cost. To add up to it, they ignored my cancellation message sent me an automated message saying I didn't show up and they'll charge me 100% of the cost. I will ask my lawyer to take them to court so they learn there is a certain limit they can do whatever they want. Just owning a larger place in downtown Palo Alto does not grant you the right todo whatever you want todo and other customers should learn to skip such places. I can legally sue them 1. Vague pricing for a simple blowout (no exact prices shared until asked while they charge automatically and choose stylist randomly), 2. Despite two times asking for cancellation ignoring and charging me full amount and then ignoring my calls the rest of the day.

Beyond that, he’s just such a warm, genuine person. I felt completely comfortable in his chair, and it was easy to trust his recommendations.
