Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing as key aspects of the service, noting that the team handles difficult moves involving stairs, tight spaces, or crane assistance with care and efficiency. The crew is described as professional and respectful, often completing tasks quickly while protecting the property and the instrument. However, one recurring criticism involves unreturned phone calls and emails, suggesting a potential gap in responsiveness for initial inquiries or scheduling changes.

Every aspect of this move was top notch. Sean was responsive, professional, and overall excellent value. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move a piano.
Could not recommend these guys more. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish — not only with me, but with each other as they carefully moved my 7-foot, 900-pound, 100-year-old piano.
Sean and Drew understood the sentimental value of what they were handling. They never rushed the process and took the time to carefully think through each step before covering, securing, and moving our piano into the van.
After my very first conversation with Sean, I knew I could trust him and his team with something that is truly irreplaceable to my family. Watching how careful, professional, and respectful they were throughout the entire move only confirmed that. If you need a piano moved, these are absolutely the people to call.
For the amount of care, expertise, and professionalism involved, I thought the pricing was incredibly reasonable — honestly, after watching the entire process, I would have expected to pay more.

I did not hire these guys but someone purchased a piano I had in my home and hired these guys to move it. They were so professional and quick with the move. I was truly amazed. They kept my home clean and untouched and got the piano out safety and pretty quickly for a difficult move! If I ever get another piano or need to recommend someone, these guys are it.

Sean was incredibly communicative when we had to change the moving date back and sort a couple times. He moved the baby grand piano with great professionalism and had no trouble getting it into the house safely. Highly recommend Sean King for all your piano moving needs!

Competent and responsive. Sean and his partner had my upright out and loaded in the truck in less than 10 minutes. Relocated it to my daughter’s home without a scratch on the piano or our hardwood floors. Highly recommend!
