Reviewers highlight the provider's knowledge in diagnosing equipment issues and restoring neglected pools to clear water within days. However, a minority of low-star reviews criticize the business for inflexibility with scheduling and for charging extra fees without prior approval, such as when overriding customer preferences or adjusting initial quotes.

After half of the summer spent throwing chemicals at my pool, I finally decided to hire a professional. Kevin got my pool back to clear in a matter of days. I no longer have to stress about cleaning it and can spend time making memories with my family. He’s very responsive and owner operated so he cares about the quality of his work. Would recommend!
