George at Lifesaver Plumbing & Rooter was fantastic. Long story short: We had a waterline repair in Walnut Creek after an outdoor water faucet spigot and shutoff valve sheared off. He did a fantastic job. He provided quality work and exceptional customer service. For more details on service: On Saturday, one of shutoff valves and spigot to our outdoor pipes sheared off and water was going everywhere. We had no water as we had to turn off the water to the house. I originally contacted a plumber (not George) that had emergency services and they said they could come out from 4-8pm that same day. Well, that company never came; they supposedly had a system outage and couldn't find our info to notify us. I went online again and saw the reviews for George Nyquist. I should have called him first, but didn't see it until after I had the issue with the first company. I called him around 9pm and got us on the schedule for Sunday. He had us up and running by Sunday afternoon. We actually had him fix something else with a similar issue while he was here. George was wonderful! He provided us with different options to make sure we were comfortable with what we were doing and talked us through everything. He made sure to show us what he was doing multiple times throughout the process to make sure we understood what he was doing and again, make sure we were comfortable with everything at each step. At the very end, we had an issue with one of the toilets when we turned on the water and he stayed to fix that. He didn't have to stay at that point and could have rescheduled us, but he decided to stay. We are so grateful that he came out on Sunday. I cannot speak highly enough about him. While it was unfortunate that the first company didn't show up, I'm glad they didn't because we are going to be working with George moving forward. He is knowledgeable, provides options to meet your needs, and very respectful. I highly recommend him!

We had a pretty complex plumbing issue, with water coming into the lower level of our home. I cannot recommend George and his team enough for any plumbing needs. He and his team were kind, thorough, completely professional, and honest (how often can you say that these days??). The job was done right, and we are very happy customers.
