Overall bad experience with this company. My wife booked them to help with the final couple items for our move on 10/24. Their initial time of arrival was between 12-2pm, however they did not arrive until 3:30. We chose this company because they gave us a quote of $100 fee for moving a massage chair but then when the movers arrived tried changing the number to $300. We settled on $200 since we were basically suckered into having to use them, and the issues continued from there. I walked them through the items we needed moved and the ones that we could move ourselves. They proceeded to wrap and pack several items that I told them not to move, adding extra time to the move. They disassembled and wrapped the crap out of several items that did not need to be broken down so much, adding time and frustration as the adjustable bed and couch were broken upon re-assembly. Luckily we fixed the bed, but the couch is not assembling correctly. I told them my 3 high priority items were the massage chair, bed frame and a squat rack. I noticed that the truck was filling up and asked if they were sure they would have room for the squat rack, and he assured me they would. Fast forward SIX HOURS and they did not move the squat rack as it wouldn't fit as i predicted and 25% of the items they dropped off were not re-assembled. They also ate their lunch/dinner upon arrival at our house at 3:30 and took some breaks. I am fine with that EXCEPT they charged us for 6.75 hours. 9:30 minus 3:30 is obviously not 6.75 hours. So not only did they charge us for their lunch and break time but even charged more on top of that. We were also tried from moving a lot of stuff ourselves that day but couldn't go to bed until they had moved our bed. They also left all the plastic wrap in our garage instead of taking with them for disposal.
Overall i would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest you look for a more trustworthy company.

They took the time to make sure that every single box went exactly where we needed it to and even took extra care while our cats were confined to certain rooms. Absolutely a 10/10. Highly recommend. In fact, I loved the experience so much that I referred them to my workplace for a project they are working on soon. Thanks for making our move stress free.

Tim and Sirazh were very helpful, quick, and handled with care for my recent move over the weekend! The communication was great leading up to the move, actual move, and afterwards (to ensure all went well). They explained the costs beforehand and once the move was finished the price is what I expected it to be, because they review everything with you beforehand to ensure you understand and answer any questions. Overall price was one of the best after calling around. Definitely will be recommending Like Movers to anyone who needs help with their move!

Updated review, 3 years later: I used Like Movers again, but I wasn’t happy with the experience this time. The movers seemed to want to get done with it as fast as possible and left furniture unassembled, unwrapped, and items not positioned properly. I gave repeated instructions and brought up issues, but after 3-4 different requests I felt bad and decided to leave it as is. It’s not fun having to move dressers and desks again yourself so that you’re happy with the placement. I may have to reconsider if I need to move again.
Original review: We have used Like Movers three times so far. Each time, they have been exceptional. They take care of all your stuff, load and move everything with care, and unload exactly how you want it. They have reasonable rates and great customer service. I will gladly make use of their services again if need be! Alek, Yuri and Ab were great!
