We work with both Chloe and Christine at Little Steps for Speech and OT. Our kids don't even know it's therapy - they look forward to going and have made so much progress. They do a fantastic job of communicating with parents as well so I always feel in the loop and make scheduling a breeze!
We've had a phenomenal experience with Christine and our two year old during speech therapy. They've made noticeable progress together over six months and we are grateful!

Our experience with this practice for Pediatric OT was absolutely horrible. There was almost no consistency in providers and we spent huge amounts of time and money getting new providers up to speed with our son. No improvements were made. There was no plan in place for milestones or any way to gauge progress. On top of that, they continue to send bills for service that they claim to have provided with unclear accounting. Our interactions with Little Steps were a giant waste of time and money and I'd urge anyone looking for care for their child to seek out different providers. There is nothing redeeming here.

We had the best experience at Little Steps in Wilmette. Every person we came in contact/worked with was kind and knowledgeable. The clinicians take the time at the end of every session to provide an update about what was worked on and give you "homework" and any needed materials. I really appreciated their flexibility in updating via email and phone when I wasn't the person picking up my kiddo. Our clinicians were even willing to consult with my kid's teacher and provide them with materials to use in the classroom, My kiddo was so sad when she "graduated" from her program.

I highly recommend Little Steps and am so grateful I have found them to support my toddler; they have provided him the extra support he needed to truly blossom. Chloe as his OT over the past year has truly changed his life and she is an outstanding therapist who makes their work together so fun and a place he loves to go to. My 3 year old is always so excited to run into Little Steps and talks about Chloe constantly. His progress over the past year has been remarkable and such a relief as a mother. Chloe as his OT and Emma as his PT have made my son's learning engaging and they have been dedicated to tailoring the sessions to his specific needs. They have been very collaborative with my son's at home speech therapist and he is ready to graduate from all the therapies soon due to their efforts. Their ability to engage, motivate and help my son progress has made working with Little Steps a great experience and I am so happy I found them. Additionally, Brianna at the front desk is highly communicative and easy to work with through my insurance. I would recommend them to any family looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist or PT for kids :)

We are beyond grateful for Little Steps and their entire team. Both of our older boys see Katelyn, Julia, Chloe, and Celeste for OT. Our little guy saw Ms. Ellie for PT. All three of our kids have needed something different, yet all have received the same incredible care. They are flexible, kind, and truly design services for their independent needs. They focus on their strengths while encouraging their areas of need. They also provide us as parents with resources and guidance. We feel so lucky to be in their care!

We have been with Chloe and Emma for about 1 year, they are amazing! Last year my son unable to do something without help, but after a couple visits at Little Steps I saw a lot of progress! They helped a lot on his fine motor, helping him focus, and a lot more. The teachers are truly amazing! It’s a great place for kids to improve their skills in many ways.
