Lisa is AMAZING. She does a wonderful job grooming my Westie, Woody. I can tell she really enjoys what she does. Highly recommend.

Angelica did a great job trimming the hair where I requested. The salon usually has readily available appointments. They give you a good estimate as to how long the grooming will take. I love the pink bows🐾💕
Can't believe yall shaved my dog tail when it literally says SAVE TAIL IN CAPS, Absolutely furious.
We are truly sorry for what happened during your dog’s grooming appointment. We completely understand how upsetting and disappointing it must have been to see that their tail was trimmed so much shorter than intended. Please know that this was absolutely not the result we wanted, and it was not up to Luna’s standards. We take full responsibility for the mistake and have addressed the situation directly with the groomer, who was reprimanded and made aware of the seriousness of what occurred. We take the trust our clients place in us very seriously, and we are truly sorry that we let you down. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this caused, and we hope you know that we genuinely care about you and your pet’s experience with us.
