Our family has been using Macforce ever since my spouse dropped her brand new 2012 MacBook when it fell out of her backpack when forgetting to zip it up. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always very knowledgeable about anything Apple. In the last few years, they have become an official Repair station…
I had an issue with my iPhone while traveling and stopped in. Travis and team gave me excellent advice free of charge. Excellent shop! Highly recommended.
MacForce was super nice and repaired my Iphone screen that was still under warranty for 5 more days.... They were knowledgeable, efficient and got my phone back to me within a few hours. The shop was clean and pleasant.
I think they are great! They are real honest unlike so many vendors these days. And will tell you if they can do something simple over the counter to help you. You can trust them!
I like these folks. They could have made me feel like a dummy for not knowing it was the screen saver that cracked and not my screen, but they were completely kind about that AND took time to invite me to return for other services if I ever needed them. I will definitely return if a need arises. Thanks Aaron for being kind about my ignorance today!

Our family has been using Macforce ever since my spouse dropped her brand new 2012 MacBook when it fell out of her backpack when forgetting to zip it up. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always very knowledgeable about anything Apple. In the last few years, they have become an official Repair station for Apple so you can avoid going to the always snooty and always full of delays Apple stores here in Portland. I’ve been to both of the Apple stores and I avoid them like the plague. In contrast to the Apple stores staff who treat you like you’re an annoyance, Macforce is straightforward and customer savvy. They recently diagnosed and replaced my son‘s AirPod threes through Apple support who now recognizes them as an Repair center. You might have to remind Appleof this because it’s a newer thing in the last few years.

MacForce was quick to respond to my request but the technician they sent out really wasn’t much help. Didn’t really instill much confidence after having to hunt around for how to do things. Nice enough guy, just not worth the $160 in my opinion. I really need someone to hold my hand, I guess I needed to be clearer on my needs. MacForce subsequently followed up and sent someone else out to help me and I’d like to acknowledge their excellent customer support. Very impressed. In a world awash in mediocrity MacForce really rises above!
Best authorized mac repair shop in Portland. Everyone here provides friendly, fast service. I’ve had to come in twice recently for a screen replacement and both times they offered great suggestions and advice to lower the cost of the repair. They also offer rental computers while yours is being fixed, which has been a total lifesaver. Highly recommend this place, I won’t be taking my products anywhere else.
