Nate was so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with! My issue ended up being pretty simple but he was so patient and explained everything without making me feel dumb ☺️ much more convenient than dealing with the Apple store. Highly recommend 🙌🏼

I brought my Apple laptop in because it was outdated and not enough space on it and I couldn’t use it for anything. So I found this place and he is amazing at what he does and I would recommend anyone that needs their stuff fixed. Hands down great place Amazing service, amazing and atmosphere. Nate is super helpful, super knowledgeable, and super friendly. What more could you ask for? He helped me figure out why my old MacBook wasn’t charging (hint: it was just my cable) and even offered to clean out the USB-C port on my iPhone when I told him it wasn’t connecting well. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with the ear speaker in my iPhone 12. Making the appointment was quick and easy. They were very responsive with follow up texts. It turned out that the battery was bad also. It wasn’t worth fixing so he entered the problems directly in the Apple system. One phone call later and a new phone was in the mail. The swap went perfectly. I’ve patronized this business several times, usually for a screen replacement. They are always awesome and get my problems sorted out quickly. The reservation system was new to me but works great. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks
