Chris was a pleasure to work with! He cleared out a drain and got our dishwasher draining properly, which had been a problem for more than two years. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Madden, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ivan came to our home to replace the faucet and repair the plumbing in our boys’ bathroom, and he completed everything in just one morning. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and easy to work with.
Ivan took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. He was careful and considerate while working in our home, and the quality of his work was outstanding. What impressed me even more was how clean he left the space. By the time he finished, our boys’ sink was actually cleaner than it had been before he arrived!
It is not always easy to find someone who is dependable, skilled, courteous, and respectful of your home, but Ivan was all of those things and more. He made the entire experience simple and stress-free, and we are so thankful for the excellent service he provided. There were some issues with the pipes, but he knew what to do. I am happy to say the pipes are unclogged Everything seems to be draining well.
