Tanner was absolutely awesome to deal with and the communication was spot on. He was here early did exactly what he said he was going to do and didn’t try and push any services that weren’t needed. Would highly recommend them for any septic/plumbing services needed.
I wanted to share my recent experience with Precision Services. I had a major leak on the side of my house that caused my entire side of my yard to be extremely soggy and muddy. Family run business. Dad/owner answered the phone on a weekend during a sewer emergency when they didn’t have to. Dispatched a driver (his son) within the hour after calling. We have used precision for years and we have never had a bad experience. Shawn works with us and every job he's done has been amazing. He communicates and he responds same day! He is not only a plumber either. He is the best contractor i have ever worked with. Will definitely be using him again with any needs.

Levi with Precision Services was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and quick to get the work done. Instead of breaking up the concrete in my garage and driveway they fed the pipes under my driveway to the side of the house. Great suggestion by him and it worked perfectly. Great work and great people!!

My opinion is they are horrible to deal with. Gave me a quote for three times what another company provided. Tried to charge a service call fee too and text me at least 30 times when i never agreed to a service fee. I would never use this company
